I practice a “bio-individuality first” approach to health and wellness,
which means that I look at you specifically, without any pre-judgements or opinions. What will work for you might not work for someone else. I get to know you and your body first and foremost before guiding and educating you on possible next steps. While I do believe in holistic remedies, I am not opposed to conventional or western medicine. Both have incredible benefits to our bodies in our world today.
I also firmly believe in the mind-body connection. For example, I have experienced over and over how our emotions can take physical root in our bodies. I can show you how to learn what your body is trying to tell you through symptoms, cravings and stress. Small, simple adjustments are all it takes to troubleshoot an alarm your body may be sending you!

My private practice focuses on teaching others how to cope during their treatments and how to make effective decisions to better their quality of life and recovery. I hone in on the emotional roller coaster a patient goes through and teach skills such as communication, assertiveness and how to interview and find the right doctors for your bio-individuality. I am partnered with medical doctors in order to best serve my clients and take continuing education very seriously. Additionally, I have been a featured speaker on both podcasts and summits as an expert in the field of Lyme disease and chronic illness.
Together we’ll work to get your life back on track, no matter what your illness is. I work with my clients in areas such as mindset blocks, recovering from adrenal fatigue, boosting their immune systems from chronic illness, increasing sleep, and maximizing energy. BUT we also go even further–I’ll teach you how to find the perfect doctors, how to build a support team that truly understands you and how to troubleshoot the bad days. These are the EXACT steps I took when I decided enough was enough and it was time to get my health back on track–and I’ll share it all with you!
